Rates

Individual Rates
60 minute Initial Video Assessment – $200.00
50 minute Video Session – $175.00

30 minute Video Session – $100.00  Can only be booked after the initial session

Video sessions and messaging are offered through a secure client portal. All Initial Sessions are 60 minutes in order to allow for a thorough assessment of the client’s needs, presenting problems and to collaborate with client’s on their goals for treatment. After completing an initial intake session, clients are allowed to book a session that fits their needs.

Couples Rates

60 minute Initial Assessment – $200.00
50 minute Video Session – $190.00 (Can only be booked after the initial session)

All Initial Sessions are 60 minutes in order to allow for a thorough assessment of the couple’s needs, presenting problems and to collaborate with couple on their goals for treatment. After completing an initial intake session, clients are allowed to book a session duration that fits their needs.

Insurance

TruVine Telehealth Professionals accepts self-pay and the following insurance: Anthem, Aetna and Cigna.  Our therapists qualify as Out-of-Network providers and can provide you with a SuperBill to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

Many of our self-pay clients are able to obtain some reimbursement from their insurance provider for mental health services. We encourage you to contact your insurance company to review your Out-of-Network mental health benefits.

Payment

Payments for initial and ongoing sessions must be made prior to the start of the session and are processed through our secure client portal in order to ensure the safety of all personal information.

In addition, we also accept payments through HSA (Health Savings Account), FSA (Flexible Spending Account) and PayPal Invoice.

We do not offer refunds.

Cancellation Policy

Your session time is especially reserved for you.

If you need to reschedule or are unable to attend a session, please make sure you call our office or cancel through your client portal – no later than 24 hours before your appointment.

Otherwise, you will be charged a $75 late rescheduling/cancellation fee.
