I am a professional clinical counselor, with a supervision designation (Ohio and Virginia) licensed to practice in Ohio, Virginia, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, South Carolina (telehealth only) and Florida (telehealth only) with over 16 years of experience working as a therapist and a clinical supervisor. I have worked in private practice and various community and medical settings with clients experiencing a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting concerns, family issues, career challenges, cultural concerns and spiritual concerns.

I have specialized experience working with executives, health care professionals, and people who have experienced various types of trauma and/or abuse in person and via telehealth. I encourage you to take that first step FORWARD. It’s never been easier to get started!

My counseling style is warm , interactive, holistic and culturally inclusive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive, psychodynamic, systemic and strength based counseling.
